Writing Center experience

I visited the Writing Center twice for my research project and portfolio. The focus of my meeting was to improve and revise my weaknesses for the essay. My writing fellow helped me by explaining what exactly was going well and wrong about my piece and some solutions to make it better. This is a good opportunity for me to find my weaknesses by listening to their suggestions for my revisions. I used this meeting to move forward by using the papers that they gave to me and comparing it to my writing. They also gave me a chance to try to find my obstacles by giving me some hints that led to more revisions. They asked me what I would revise that could improve my writing as a whole. It helped me a lot because I could use this skill to evaluate another piece of writing or an essay in the future.
