learning and improvements as a writer

This year, I learned that I had skills that contributed positively and negatively during a specific work for writing. I kept getting more ideas which could essentially be a good thing because the relevant information could flourish the writing. But too much information could damage my sentence fluency because I started adding irrelevant events which caused me to revise couple paragraphs which took me days to recover them. My revision skills also affected my writing positively because revisions help the writing flow more precisely. I always made sure whether my revision makes the sentences better because revision could mess me up sometimes. I often realized that the wordings before I revised were better than the revised version. I also found out that when I was summarizing the paragraphs, I was paraphrasing the first part and then skipped the ending because I took time looking through the first few sentences. So I started checking for myself to see if I didn't just focus on two or three things. The best option for me was to pick up the most significant information from the paragraph and then summarize the organization.
